When the seasons change, the sheep naturally shed their thick winter coats — and that is where the fiber comes from. Collected by hand, never sheared, the wool is then cleaned, sorted, and hand-spun before being shaped into a miniature traditional Tibetan hat, finished with a hand-tied tassel and a small decorative bead.
