Refund & Return Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All items are handcrafted artworks created by young Tibetan artisans. Every piece is inspected carefully before shipment.

1. Returns & Refunds
For returns due to personal preference (changed your mind, not satisfied with style, wrong size):
You may submit a return request within 14 days after you receive your parcel.
All returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging.
All return shipping fees are covered fully by the buyer. The original shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

For manufacturing defects or shipping damage:
If your item arrives with obvious quality damage, please send clear photos or videos to our email within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
We will verify your case and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Damage, scratches or wear caused by the buyer after delivery is not covered.
- Slight differences in texture, weave pattern and color are natural features of handwoven yak wool goods. These natural variations are not manufacturing defects and cannot be used for return requests.
- Custom / personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refusal to accept the parcel for non-quality related reasons will not qualify for a refund. Shipping cost will not be returned.

All products are for personal use only. We are not liable for injuries or losses caused by improper use of our products.
