Welcome to Sernoa Arts, an independent shop based on the Tibetan Plateau in China. These terms apply to purchases made through sernoaarts.com. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering.

Product information
We aim to describe each product accurately, including its materials, appearance, and available options. Small variations in handmade pieces may occur, and screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not excuse damage, a material difference from the description, or supplying an incorrect item. Please contact us before ordering if a detail is unclear.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. The order total, including any applicable tax collected by us, is shown before you complete payment. U.S. shipping is free and we cover U.S. import duties as described in our Shipping Policy. Changes to advertised prices do not change the price of an order already accepted. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Orders and availability
Please provide accurate contact and shipping information. If an item is unavailable or we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the situation and offer the appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Shipping
Orders ship from China. Standard order preparation is 2 calendar days, followed by an estimated 7–14 calendar days in transit, for an estimated total of approximately 9–16 calendar days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Please see our Shipping Policy for tracking, delivery-area questions, import charges, and our process if dispatch is delayed.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Please email sernoashop@gmail.com promptly if you wish to cancel. Cancellation, return eligibility, return shipping costs, and refund processing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are sent to China. A clearly disclosed custom-order exception may restrict change-of-mind returns where permitted by law; it does not remove remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Use and care
Use products for their intended purpose and follow any supplied care or installation instructions. Cultural or religious symbolism described on our site is shared for context and is not a promise of health benefits, financial results, protection, or driving safety.

Intellectual property
Content on this website may be owned by Sernoa Arts or used with permission from its rights holders. Please obtain the relevant permission before reproducing it for commercial use.

Applicable law and consumer rights
We operate from mainland China. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Where a provision conflicts with those requirements, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms and policies presented when an order is placed apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
